County
At Psi Chapter, we strive to achieve these three ideals, along with creating a strong sisterhood bond that will last a lifetime.
Jail
Each semester, we strive to increase this bond within our chapter through social events such as Mom’s and Dad’s Weekends, Formal, and Sisterhoods.
Inmate
In the Spring, we hold a fundraiser called Cupcakes for CASA, and in the fall, we host a softball tournament for student organizations called KAT@BAT.

The money raised from these events is donated to our national philanthropy, CASA, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates.

Theta women are extremely dedicated to philanthropy and service and can be found volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, the UW Hospital, or with elderly members of the community, and various other service opportunities.GDC tro choi viet.
We are also involved in numerous activities and organizations across campus including the Panhellenic Executive Board, Student Government, Business Fraternities, and even club sports such as synchronized skating, cross country, and women’s rugby.
Some of our most memorable college memories come from being with our Theta sisters, whether it is hanging out at the Union Terrace, tanning on our sun deck, or getting dressed up for a girls night out.
There is never a dull moment in the Theta house, and there is always someone there when you need a shoulder to cry on, a good laugh, or someone to keep you company at the library.
As President of Psi Chapter, I am honored to be surrounded by women who strive for excellence and push me to my full potential.
I am truly proud to call each woman my sister and represent such an outstanding chapter.

This article is about the chapters of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity.
For the main fraternity article, see Kappa Alpha Psi.Kappa Alpha Psi (ΚΑΨ) Fraternity, Inc.
has founded over 350 undergraduate chapters in the continental United States, plus alumni and international chapters.
The fraternity has over 150,000 members and is divided into twelve provinces (districts/regions), with each chapter under the aegis of a province.
Following its inception at Indiana University in 1911, the fraternity expanded to charter at the University of Illinois (now, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) (1913), University of Iowa (1914), and Wilberforce University, Ohio (1915).
The first chapter in the South came in 1919, at Meharry Medical College — Kappa chapter.
By 1921, the fraternity had grown to 17 active chapters.
Its decennial also saw the fraternity divided into supervisory districts — the forerunner of provinces, and installation of the Omicron chapter at Columbia University, its first at an Ivy League university.
Was originally the College of the City of Detroit. In 1934 became Wayne University; in 1956 became Wayne State University One-collective chapter for St.
Louis University and Harris Teachers College According to the 1957 edition of The Eaglet, Tougaloo's yearbook, the chapter was founded in 1947.
Was originally Colored Industrial and Agriculutal School (1901), North Louisiana Agriculutal and Industrial School(1905), Louisiana Negro Normal and Industrial Insitute (1928), Grambling College (1946).
Was originally Cameron State School of Agriculture but in 1971 became Cameron College; in 1974 became Cameron University.
[note 2] While some sources, such as the Southwestern Province website, attribute a charter date of late 1950 to the chapter, it is probable that is an error.
The province website also hyperlinks the chapter's own website, which provides the 1974 date.
The later date corresponds with the other sequentially-named Greek-letter designations during that era.
</ref> St.John's University (New York) Stephen F.
Austin State University Was originally Rowan College of New Jersey but in 1997 became Rowan University.
This chapter also covers The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey — Pomona, NJ.
The Northeastern Province website does not explicitly note this, however The Richard Stockton College of NJ's Office of Student Development recognizes it as a student organization Long Island University C.
W.Post Campus Saint Thomas, U.S.Virgin Islands The Middle Western Province website location datum on this chapter reads: Denver Metropolitan area colleges.
This term is not in wide use.Read in context with other available sources, it likely indicates the CSU-based chapter also covers University of Northern Colorado — Greeley, CO Formerly, the Gamma Xi chapter (chartered 1949) was based at Maryland State College, later University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Pi Nu was established there in 2008 ^ Some sources place this chapter at Cameron College — Wichita Falls, TX.
The confusion stems from the location of Cameron University, formerly Cameron College, which sits in Lawton, Oklahoma at the foot of the Wichita Mountains — unrelated to their Texan namesake.
^ Chartered at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1977, this chapter also covers Radford University (RU) – Radford, VA.
^ Chartered at Saginaw Valley State University in 1992, this chapter also covers Northwood University (NU) – Midland, MI.

e., dining etiquette, resume workshop, interviewing skills.) Submission of a 10 minute video which meets specific technical requirements on the topic of Chapter Enhancement (our chapter identified several key strengths and weaknesses and explained how we improved in each area during the year in words and pictures); this video had to be conceived, filmed, written, narrated, edited, and produced by chapter members only.
